Thanks again for your help with this cheshired5. Can you just confirm that its the 180amp 14 v version that I need?

180 amp sounds high unless it was an emergency vehicle.
A read with Dice and Vida will confirm or get whatever information you need from the alternator itself. I can't confirm anything remotely unfortunately.

I can now confirm that after replacing the alternator the noise has gone.
The pulley was fine, bearings were shot as the pulley had movement up/down. Thank you cheshired5 for helping identify the issue. |
