DTUK Tuning Box - Wow!

OK guys,

For sale is my DTUK tuning box that has been briefly fitted to my XC60 MY12 D5

The reason for sale is quite simple, my employer and the car leasing company have got wind that many people have been fitting tuning boxes and one dumb ass even told HR about the benefits of the boxes, which has resulted in random spot checks!!

So here is the info:

DTUK CRD2 with 4 maps to suit all D5 205/215 BHP engines. Check out the link below and scroll down that page to XC60 for the performance increases

I noticed a 5-8 MPG increase on my XC60 and 10MPG on motorway journeys cruising at a constant 75MPH which was impressive. The maps are really easy to change and the power of each map can be increased or decreased to give you almost infinite control over how the box functions.

I can confirm that this will fit directly to a MY12 D5 engine but you will have to satisfy yourself for fitting compatibility with other models. DTUK will supply you with an alternative wiring harness for other models too.

Fitting is very easy, less than 5 minutes once you have located where the box plugs in and there is no need to cut wires etc, this is plug and play at its best!

This unit costs £389 (£350.10 with web discount) from DTUK but I'm selling this for £300 ono and it comes complete with all original packaging and I will kindly ask DTUK to supply the fitting details to me and I will include this for any buyer

I personally can say that Andrew at DTUK there has a good product (know him personally) and I run the CRD-T on my 2 cars gives much better mpg, not perm either so wouldnt loose any mapping if you need a new ecu or anything like that, very easy to install and one fits many cars, meaning they have more then one application unlike a remap.

they make the car much more drivable, its almost like driving a petrol instead.

no the crd-t box plugs into the turbo and the fuel rail not just ups the fuel pressure like the others.

but the " others" as in DTUK for the v70 d5 plugs into the fuel rail.
