Default Washer Bottle Drain

Is there any easy way to drain a washer bottle in a V70?

Have got quite a mix of various antifreezes in there now, and its leaving more crap on the screen than its cleaning off .. so I want to drain and refill with a decent mix of water/screenwash ...

Cheers,

James

Yer gonna LOVE THIS ..................

do you know anyone with FALSE TEETH !!!???? ...

Get a "Steradent" tablet & Drop it in the Tank .... Leave it fer about 2 Hours & Then Stick a hose into the tank & let it overflow fer about 10 Mins ...

result = A BRILLIANTLY Clean Washer Bottle ... ..

HONEST I've done it on EVERY CAR I have EVER owned .... works a treat !!!!

Keith

Ended up filling up the watering can with a few hundred litres of water, and using the overflow hoses to "flush" some of whats in there out ... fill it to the brim, let the overflow hoses get rid of some, top up .. etc etc .. pouring "fast" to try and make sure its not just clean water I was flushing out.

~~~~~
10 mins later ...
~~~~~

its flowing clear!

Added a reasonable "glug" of Halfrauds Own screenwash .... and I'm sure it'll get a test up the M1 tomorrow!
