Testing Water: 1995 Volvo 855 2.0 20V 143bhp Sale
Considering putting up my 1995 Volvo 855 (Aubergine colour 95 RN 2029 in pictures) for sale (Former UK Registered car N216 FUB or something to that effect if my failing memory serves me right). So this would be a tester basically.
Car is running well, and so the recent work includes: •Timing belt done 129846 miles – 18 Oct 2012 (Now at 133,865miles) •4-spd Auto Gearbox replaced with that from an 2000 reg’d V70 2.0T car in 18 Oct 2012 (it had 65k miles on it) •Alternator replaced – 18 Oct 2012 •Auto Gearbox oil replaced •Engine was serviced then too – oil still nice and clean too o Engine oil, o Engine oil filter, o Spark plugs, o Front suspension drop links, o Front suspension wishbones. •Brake pads are in good condition – no need for replacement as were replaced March 2012 shortly before the original gearbox went. •Leather heated seats functioning and leather in great condition (fed and polished monthly), •Electric 3-Memory setting working driver’s seat, •NCT’d til 27 Sept 2013, •Few minor scrapes on paint work but been that way since I got the car in March 2009. •Full Service history , •Full electric windows (front and back) working, •Headlight wipers working including wash jets, •850R Bumper, •Seat Cupra lower bumper trim, •Volvo Premium Symphony Tape/Radio with boot install 6-CD player set-up (All functioning perfectly), •Leather central armrest, •Fitted front fog lights (working), •Wood dash/Central console/glove compartment/doors wood effect, •Working heated and electrical adjustable heated side view mirrors •Dual Climatronic control (ECC). •Working cruise control. •Winter Tyres are in good condition (Around 6mm depth – whereas new ones have 8mm depth). •Good spare wheel. •Installed dual rear fog light adaptation. •Engine is the B5204S (1984cc 20 valve 143bhp version) •As I’ve the software for the car I’m happy to assist at ANY stage a future buyer of the car. •Asking price: €1,000.00 (Price in Euros) Overall, it’s a very good price considering all the work I’ve done to keep the car in excellent condition. I’m happy to service the car for whomever it is that buys it and if they need future pre-nct work done I’m happy to do that for them too. Would hate to see the Old girl go but needs must right now in order to get the AWD project finished and to by-pass the closing of the loophole in Ireland this week by the government whereby you can no longer get the gardai to sign the document stating the car was off the road. Car based in West of Ireland. Bren Exterior Pictures: Fitted 3 new Prancing Moose Decals on the wings and boot lid over the past weekend. Can upload interior pictures later this evening.

Interior Photos
Lighting was rather bright so for some reason interior looks blue.
Interior is mixture of charcoal grey and lighter grey. Nets do wind back - i just locked them in position while preparing them for hoisting. leather steering wheel in perfect condition - no worn or damaged parts. like the rest of the interior ~(door leather inserts/seats etc) routinely cleaned and fed with leather conditioner.

Meant to say in advert that i fitted reverse sensors which work a treat too. Autobox has working Winter, Economy and Sports Mode.

Thanks for the comment Always Ryanair to knock airport lol! Collection possible LoL! I'm the 3rd Irish owner and got the car when it had 96.500 odd miles on it. It was bought in London and imported into Ireland in 2004 or 2005 (I need to check my notes) and think it had 2 UK owners before it was brought over (again I need to confirm). Bren

Or fly into either of the Belfast airports and I'll ferry you down as far as Ballygawley or thereabouts, where Bren can meet you!
T5 power!
