S60: General - s60 t5 cambelt change

hi everbody recently bought 52 plate s60 t5 needs cambelt change started doing it today but unsure if you need to lock camshafts before removing belt to stop them turning in on them selves, when i did the belt on my focus you had to put a bar in the slots on the end of camshafts on the gearbox end as they were under tension cheers esmo

the camshafts stay on the marks when you take the belt off . If you move them accidently easy to move back to line up the marks .
