V50/S40/C30/C70-Winter Tyres with Alloys

Hi All,

I'm now selling my beloved V50 T5, I'm going to go on a massive savings quest in order to get a new V70 D5 and to do this I need to sell my current T5 and parts. To this end I have a vast number of parts I've accrued over my ownership as I like to stock items that will be needed in future, so keep your eyes peeled as I post up the various bits.

Here we have for sale Winter Tyres with Alloys:

Tyres: Michelin Alpine A4 205/55/16 94V - Upto 149mph!

The tyres are still virtually brand new, done approx. 1k miles, as you can see from the photo they have absolutely tonnes of tread left and are all in excellent shape. They were used briefly last year and I've not currently got round to putting them on the car this year so far. I've not got a tyre depth gauge but estimate the 2 x rears have 7-8mm and 2 x fronts have 6-7mm. Any buyer will certainly not be disappointed.

Alloy Wheels: Convector Alloys - LINKY!

The Convector alloys were bought off a Trader on here a while back and I have used them for nothing else other than for the winter tyres, to this end the alloys have only done approx. 1k too. The alloys are in almost perfect condition with absolutely no kerbing or road rash at all. Again the buyer will not be disappointed.

I have got 320mm brakes just encase anyone was worried about the 16" wheels not fitting over their callipers and they fit fine.

The wheels could do with a clean, I gave one a quick wipe over today to take a couple of pictures. The wheels/tyres will come with the storage covers too - bonus!!

Wheels/tyres are large item.

All my parts are being sold as 'buyer pick up' for the 'larger items', I am however happy for any buyer to arrange their own courier collection (Exmouth (EX8)). For 'small items' I am happy to post at cost price, buyer to choose postage type (1st/2nd class recorded or not etc...).

Last bump before eBay, the tyres alone are worth the asking price. These are not the cheaper H rated ones. Excellent tyres and excellent alloys.

This is terrific set for whoever gets them, and the price is good! But it's likely you will struggle to sell, with this and the last winter being pretty soft. Have a bump on me ;-)

Did you buy your set from Johnstones of Solihull like I did? Mine came as new fitted with Michelin tyres for £360 deld to SW Scotland. What a bargain basically what I would have had to pay for the 4 tyres alone.

Dont forget they will also fit a Focus and possibly Mondeo and Citroens

Hi & yes, the wheels came from Johnsons Volvo but just not with the expensive winter tyres I have had fitted. The original summer tyres that they came with went to a fellow member for a very good price. It was a good deal on the wheels hence why these wheels with winter tyres are being sold at a bargain price now.

I know it is not the best time to sell winter tyres but if no takers then I'll just keep to the winter when there is likely more interest.
