Default cooling pipework layout

Hi, does anyone have a layout drawing of the coolant pipework on a 850 T5 engine ie, what pipe connects to where?

Assuming you are still having problems with the heater matrix?

Yes, I had a look at my car the other day & yours look backwards!

Sure am! New matrix, new radiator, new pump, new thermostat, heater controls all tested & ok - still no heat!
I'm now thinking it may be a plumbing problem prior to me owning the car as it's never had heat.

Anyone got a pipework layout?

Brilliant thanks PNuT, that's exactly what I'm after.......never thought to look up google!

Off on holiday on Saturday morning with the family for a week (somewhere hot, so not in the Volvo, lol!), will check it out on my return. Will let you know how I get on.

Thanks again, Gerry

Well its pretty much impossible to route the standard hoses incorrectly because they just won't reach any other positions, with the exception of the heater hoses which can be fitted the wrong way round!!! So start your search there, short one to the bottom outlet long one to the top.
