Mollusk has returned! - and will be there.
Alec - have you sorted your timing yet - or shall I bring my ancient, conventional, timing light that still works on cars that you can still adjust the ignition timing on ??? Mac. |

An "interesting" holiday - some amusing tales to tell,
But yes, a good holiday, brilliant weather, C70 decided to sulk a little (and I'd treated it to ANOTHER new rear spring before we left), Went to Alderney for a "day trip" and was delayed getting back (tide too low to board boat, gangplank too steep to climb down - EU regs/French ferry company), spent toooo much (far to much), delayed on return home - fast ferry to Poole should have left at 12.15pm - told it would leave at 13.50 - actually left at 15.00. 2 1/2 crossing took 4 1/2 hours (sorry only two engines working). Actually got off boat and on road at 20.00. Pile up on M3, Pile up on M25 - actually got home at 12.30am !!! Much to bore you with at next meet! All the best to everybody - Mac. |
