  • VOC Members: There is no login facility using your VOC membership number or the details from page 3 of the club magazine. You need to register in the normal way

HI ALL
the mil light came on this morning with the ongoing cold start issues to which i am glad at least i can go forward. it threw up P0300. your thoughts and help as always will be appreciated.

Isn't P0300 a random/multiple cylinder missfire?

Check the condition of the plugs, HT leads, coil, dizzy cap and rotor arm.

A vacuum leak can also cause this but would have to be a fairly large one.

I assume you are getting fuel to the rail?

P0300 Random/Multiple Cylinder Misfire Detected

When were the plugs last changed?

Any water / oil under the spark plug cover?
