The fourth running of this event is sceduled for 21st.June next year.
There are a very small number of places available for next year. Consideration of a booking and their acceptance has to be entirely at the discretion of the organiser who acts for MRG and Volvo UK and that booking is only firm upon receipt of the fee.
Once you have signed up here , please arrange to send payment to the organiser. Places will be confirmed by them at their discretion and after completion of the payment thereafter.
Cost for each place is £160; additional drivers' places are available for an extra £50 for each participant (max 2 drivers per car) but this does have to be dealt with and agreed on an individual basis.
The provisional date for the track day is 21st June 2013, however a contingency date of 12th July 2013 has been planned for in case of a change in the circuit's scheduling.
As with previous years, payment is non-refundable, however the organiser will do their best to help with a change of circumstances where possible. There were some late and unacceptable requests for cancellation and refund last year which caused some difficulties that need to be avoided next year.
If you are interested, and naturally will be bringing a Volvo, please post here and send me an email, don@kalmar-union.com and I will make the connections for you.
Regards, Don.
