    Torque rod problem?

    Hello everybody

I got some problems with the back of my 440.
There are some knocks and sometimes big instability. The feeling is like i'm about to loose a wheel.
...Shock absorbers, coil springs and anti-roll joints are recently changed, new parts.
So, is this a torque rod problem?

    Tnx.

Sounds serious! Put it on a jack and axlestands and check the axle, rubbers, rods, springs and shocks. Sure the wheel locknuts are still all there and thightend?

      Problem solved.
      Thank you B20F.

Some mechanics told me to change the torque rods... but lucky for me (that i discovered myself), there were just a (really) bad tire.

You can say that, never seen such damage on a tyre!

          Yep!
You're the 6-th on this day who tells me the same thing: "never seen such damage on a tyre". :)

          Cheers!

            Blimey, that looks scary!

            Did you hit anything?

I'm having this problem with the bouncing car since 2 two months(from almost no bounce, to very bouncing in the last weeks) and i really don't remember to hit something. In the meanwhile, I changed 2 front-left wishbone arms, a used one and the last, a new one... in order to solve the problem. :(

By assuming the risk on using alloys on winter-time, i took extra-care on the road.
Maybe this happened due to a very heavy brake, which might been occurred in this time.(?)
Those are winter-tires only, made by Debica and having no more than 3 years old and a ~4-5mm profile. It's really strange... excepting this event i was very satisfied by Debica winter tires.
