  • VOC Members: There is no login facility using your VOC membership number or the details from page 3 of the club magazine. You need to register in the normal way
  • AOL Customers: Make sure you check the 'Remember me' check box otherwise the AOL system may log you out during the session. This is a known issue with AOL.
  • AOL, Yahoo and Plus.net users. Forum owners such as us are finding that AOL, Yahoo and Plus.net are blocking a lot of email generated from forums. This may mean your registration activation and other emails will not get to you, or they may appear in your spam mailbox

exactly ! Thats why volvo provide an accurate fuel gauge :-)

"Miles to Go " is a variable depending on current and past fuel consumption and depending on how it has been driven and is being driven can drop from 100 miles to go to 10 miles to go in no time at all .

eg , you have been getting 50 mpg from your D5 so 2 gallons left when it shows 100 miles to empty .
you suddenly start driving very hard in a hilly area if you are in a hurry to get somewhere when fuel consumpion will drop to say 15 mpg , quite possible hence the reading will drop from 100 miles to go to 30 miles to go in an instant almost .

use the gauge if you want to know how much fuel is in the tank !
