Default Quarter rear panel

Is it possible to change the rear quarter panel on an Estate? Ive got a dented wheel arch and was wondering if it was cheaper to change the panel or repair the dent (both would require a respray). Any one got any knowledge or experience changing these?

Slipkid - you don't specify the car but I think you're in dent repair territory anyway - onmy 850 and early V70 bodyshells you're in structure back there - the bonnet, front wings, doors, tailgate you can indeed remove and replace, but the panel you want to change is a part of the welded structural bodyshell!
