Smile service sussex and surrounding

Please forgive this post but I am all googled out plus I have searched this forum.

My S60 52 plate bifuel needs servicing and I am looking for a recommendation from a customer of a firm that can do this for me. I am often in SE and SW London so a bit of a journey is ok.

A bit of background - had the car for a month. 105k with good history since 2007 but no evidence of lpg servicing. Misfiring has resulted in plugs and a coil pack change (just the one!). Seems to be running ok now. Volvo has quoted me £166 plus bits (1.2 hours)....a little rich for me.

If there are any local bifuelers it would be good to talk!...I am in the Cranleigh area.

Don't know your part of the world at all, but £166 plus parts sounds a lot for any sort of service!

Try looking through this site: http://www.drivelpg.co.uk/

YOu should be able to track down someone a bit more sensible!

Cheers

Arun in Littelhampton shout loud about their Necam credentials, but never used them.

Many rave about Autogas in Thirsk, again never used them.
Try the injector cleaner trick first. Thus pull off the stepper motor (careful of the spring, easlily lost as you pull motor off) and 1/4 fill with the stuff and leave for 2-3 hours. Cheap and may well work.
