Middle seat centre row seat belt

How do I get to the seat belt of the middle seat centre row?
Seat belt doesn't fully retract and I'd like to have a look before taking it to a dealer, but can't see how to get into the seat.
Any help gratefully received.

Hallo I have car after accidnet and I need change middle rear seat belt, but I really do not know how remove it.
Can you help me with some instruction?
