It is inside the air box. the actuator for it sits at the front of the box next to the battery and has a small vac pipe going to it from round the back of the box, this will trace back to the throtle body.
If you run the engine with every thing removed youll see it either open for hot air or not, pull of the pipe and you should see it move to let cold air in,mine never moved enough so that was a good excuse to rip it all out. I think another airbox mod on this forum is to knock out the the said front part which does moved while your forcing the flap out. But this would then make the intake noisey.
