Doesn't say C30 but there all the same siren and the part number matches:

9499758

9499758 - Cheaper version from USA

Thats about right for a part and fitting, it only takes 10 minutes to swap out, there is no software involved, no one does an after market replacement, it needs to be genuine so they can be rather expencive to buy, the best thing is to check breakers yards.

Your garage must be doing a good deal on labour, but I would double check it.
