1.8 gdi manifold removal
Hi all. Does anyone know how to decoke their 1.8 gdi engine. Is there a way to get the manifold of from underneath the car? the top of the engine looks straight forward. Any advice would be much appreciated.
thanks marc |

Do you have to take the battery off in order to take the manifold off?

Given that your doing the throttle body it will run like a bag of spanners at first, and yes you can just drive it and it will learn anyway, but this is the way to settle it out.
