Default 2009 volvo c30 12v sockets not working

Good day,

Having fixed the audio problem in my car myself (after having two garages fail at doing the same, time wasters!) I now have the problem that neither the front nor the back 12v socket seem to be working. The only fuse reference i can find in the manual is F45 under the parcel shelf which is labelled 'electrical socket, passenger compartment' however this fuse is intact and i even changed the fuse for good measure but still 'no cigar' (excuse the pun)! I must stress they are just sockets though not lighters....

Does anyone have any suggestions of other fuses i could try or perhaps a different solution all together. The only thing i can think of is to change the sockets but i can't imagine that they both would of gone unless they are wired in series or something....

Thanks for any help
