Default What I did today thread...

Just changed my AQS with one from ebay for a VW.Code has gone and replaced with CCM-DD00 lin bus 1 incorrect data. Will that be because the new aqs is not original? Here is a link to one identical to look at.http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Air-Climat...kAAOSwNsdXRmed

The cheap AQS replacements only work on pre facelift so it depends on your model year.
If fitted to post facelift, you can mess up heated seat operation and other CCM functions.

No offense meant by this, but, that video was worthless. What did it have to do incorrect AQIS sensors or anyone's seats not having heaters?

Default Not strictly this forum but...

I removed the EGR valve from a friend's XC60 D3, drowned it in oven cleaner, freed off the actuator, and then reinstalled. You need hands like a speedo cable to get to the bolts at the back and then you need to have faith that you've installed the EGR heat exchanger correctly onto the water pipe as there's no way of proving that this is correct before you start the engine.

Drive those diesels harder, stops the EGR clagging up.....
