Replacement key blade Xc70

Hi all
Just traded up to a 2013 Xc70 D5 se lux
Amongst other things wrong with the car this cowboy gave me 2 sets of 5 button fobs and keys, stating the spare needed a new battery,...I know, well it didn't work and the pull out blade is totally different key blade, my question is can I get a new blade cut and can I program the fob to the car?
