Yes we have the same button but it toggles between a blank screen and what looks like a picture of a car mat. It’s going to the workshop tomorrow for m them to look at it.
According to the dealer the internet connection comes from the car externally rather than my phone. I also have no visible clock on the dashboard and my “open boot” button on my key is not working!

Well BlueOrchid, with a list like that I too would be going back to the dealership. Let us know how you get on.
The only Sensus symbol that I think looks conceivably like a car mat is the one for Car Modem Activated and it represents a SIM card. The car modem is not the only way to connect to the internet though, you can do it via your phone.

Seems that the servers are down again. Lost the globe icon this morning and nothing will load. This has happened twice now in two weeks. Only have the car now for 2 weeks.

Not wanting to highjack, the ‘Sensus’ platform focus of this thread, but it would be very helpful to also hear about peoples Internet connectivity issues on the new ‘Android’ platform. The current online XC60 MY2022 ‘Android’ platform manual is complete pants regards to any of this level of detail compared to what’s found in the XC60 MY2021 ‘Sensus’ platform manual. I wrote to Volvo UK about this and their answer was to sit in the car and read the built-in car manual… Ok in the summer, but not now.
