Drivers door won't open

I have an XC60 inspiration 67 plate. It drove fine this morning but went to put something in the car this evening and the drivers door wouldn't open from the inside or outside. All other doors are operating fine. Will be going to the dealer tomorrow so will post an update then.

It isn't cold there is it?

My drivers door was frozen shut a few days ago.

It was cold but not freezing. Still wouldn't open this morning. On the way to the dealer about 20 miles into the journey the rear door open warning light came on when it was clearly shut. At the dealer, I noticed that the camera under the driver side mirror wasn't working.

Anyway, got a call from the dealer to say that they pushed the unlock button on the inside of the door and the it unlocked. I tried that several times and nothing had happened. They think it's all sorted itself out but I think it'll probably happen again. At least they didn't charge me the £140 plus VAT for doing diagnostics (thank you Marshalls volvo in Derby).

Similar problem with my S90 opened OK this morning but either fob and App would not open it.
Finally got in using emergency key in appature under passenger side door handle.
Now locked by inserting key in appature situated on side of door.
Also noticed something similair in another thread.
I wonder if this is caused by a software update?
Car only 1 month old.

It's possible as I had it serviced at the dealer a couple of weeks ago. They may have updated the software.
