Yep a stage 0 is a very good idea - FSH is all well and good but (incredibly) items like the dizzy cap and rotor arm are not on the schedule so it's possible they've been missed..... Of course they may have been done recently in which case no worries but it's as well to check, it does make a big difference to the "feel" of the engine when those items are tip top.

Thanks John. Do you know what an amal valve/tvc is? Is it the same as a BCS as Don mentioned that in an email this morning as an item that is worth changing?

Yes, they are the same. Its one of the things to consider if the car does not produce the boost that you would expect pre/post tuning. They are around £37 + VAT I believe. If, of course you're going to do a full stage 0 "upgrade" then its probably worth changing anyway.
