S40 Leather Interior

Guys I am sorry to do your heads again but does anyone know if S40 interior will fit the V40, does the bak seats split the same way, I have been offered a complete leather interior set at very good money from a dismantler.

The interior is out of a 2002 model, and the guy wants 380.00 quid for the lot minus one door card.

I am pretty sure the S40 inerior is identical to the V40.
However, whether the PI interiors are interchangable with the PII interiors is another question.
I know all the electric window switches etc are in the doors on the PII, not in the centre console like the PI, for example.
