Default Goes Into A Limp Mode(No Turbo) Under Hard Acceleration

It's been doing the last month or so, but recently I have been using major A-roads to get to work, and when I give it full acceleration, especially if revving over 4000rpm, then all of a sudden it looses all power and won't let me rev past 2200rpm.

But If I pull over, come to a complete stop, and turn the engine off and then on again, it goes back to normal.

I am wondering if it something like the wastegate sticking open on the turbo.

Can anyone give me more info on this, or a solution.

Thanks
