Default XC90 Haldex/AOC / rear diff noise

Hello,

I have XC90 D5 185 hp, manual transmission with AWD.
About a month ago a noise started to be heard at some speeds. Mostly it happens when car is cruising at about 80 km/h / 50 Mph.
I recorded a short video where the buzz can be heard. The car was travelling at around 80 km/h. Noise comes from rear side of the car. When a clutch pedal is pressed the noise remains, if additionally brake pedal is pressed noise dissapears.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kfGVo1umOic
Below is a description of the moments in the video:
00:00
00:08 - Noise is louder
00:09 - Clutch pressed
00:14 - Brake pressed gently
00:17 - Clutch released
00:22 - Noise is louder again
00:33 - Clutch pressed
00:38 - Brake pressed gently

I checked oil levels in Haldex/AOC and rear diff - OK. Oils were changed 2 years ago.
Noise do not appear when the F23 fuse is removed.
Here is my question:
Based on this description, can you indicate which component (Haldex or rear diff) should be replaced/repaired? Does it point to any particular bearing?

It's difficult to hear on the video - but I am experiencing some drive issues myself at the moment.

Over the summer we did a long European trip in the car and I noticed a fairly loud what I thought was wheel bearing noise on a motorway in Switzerland - at the time I put it down to road surface, but forward wind 3 months and I am experiencing a drive issue - see here:

Not got to the bottom of it yet - but I don't do a huge mileage, so if this is related you may start to experience similar soon

The noise is definitely not a clicking or ticking. As phone app showed frequency is about 200-230 Hz.
