So do you think the e-Focus / Focus ST mount will be any good? I saw lots of people raving about it in another thread.
Yeh I think its definitely worth putting on regardless from what ive read. I dont get the jolts you guys have messaged but they said it would save my driveshaft or something as the mount is incredibly weak for racing starts and is a common problem.

But once I pop it on i'l take it back down to the next Santa Pod RWYB and do a little write up for anyone else interested in it or something.

Oddly enough my C70 T5 jerks and bounces in 1st at full throttle, but I think that's mainly 300nm of torque and the front alloys trying to rid themselves of those pesky tyres

Yeah, id imagine it to be something to do with the amount of power being put down. Wasnt sure if anyone else suffered it, and if they knew what cause was, or a remedy.

That jerking and bouncing should happen? I do drag races with mine and dont get any of that. do you mean the jerking etc as in the traction control? maybe try turning that out?

when I pull hard from the lights there is smooth acceleration and some wheel spin with traction control off ... no bouncing or jerking. But yeh a set of good tires for a T5 is important.

I'm sure it's just good old axle tramp on mine, a set of bilstien dampers with eibach springs would probably sort it out
