Wish my coach was the same, spent 1 1/2 hrs this morning trying to get the air to build up, messing about with non working methanol tanks, only to go out and pick up 8 out of 49 kids, just so the school can be open for one day.

Got it all to do again this afternoon.

Tell me about it, and boy did I feel like it at 6:30 this morning, -11 had lost all feeling within 10 mins.

Best of it was, passed 5 of my kids stood at the side of the road on my way out to do the schools, and told them I would be five mins, when i got back to them, they had p****d off, little s***s.

-15 here this morning.... and we have -22 forecast for tomorrow..... Still, I'm not at all worried that the trusty 240 won't start.... :-) Also another 20cm of snow forecast, which has just started dumping now...Thats on top of the 30cm we have at the mo!!! :-)

So...anyone had experiance of the 1031 open diff and the 1041 locking diff in these conditions?? Is it worth my time and effort to swap a locking diff into the beast?
