new awning

sent the new awning back last tuesday as i could not get the roof section correct lets see what happens

whats the make of the awning mike?and apart from the roof problem, whats the quality like, the reason i ask is because we can no longer put up large canvas awning so looking for a lighter type and yours looks reasonable on that front.

its the new Kampa520 Ron the material is thicker and two of the windows zip out, they do a 390 as well, didnt have any issues with that one. now i have that extra bit its not going to plan.

Friends of ours have recently bought an inflatable type porch awning. I think theirs is a Kampa but other brands are available. I was sceptible at first but it's a great bit of kit and goes up in seconds. No poles against the van too!

received a phone call today about the awning from the company that i purchased it from, they put up the awning today and are of the opinion that the end panel has to much material for the poles to extend to tighten the roof panel, they are awaiting feedback from the manufactures to get back to them , it is looking like a new awning.

Hope it's better for you.
I bought an Outdoor Revolution awning, similar to your Kampa. Awning. Bag is nice and light, poles weigh more than our 3/4 Isabella :-(
