Volvo S60 2.0T 2002......Which tyres....help
Hi All
Any comments will be gratefully received on this topic..... I have a 2002 Volvo S60 2.0T, I need to change all four tyres on my car and have no idea which to have. I prefer a comfortable, very quiet tyre with obviously loads of grip. Cost really isn't a factor. The tyre size is 225/45/17 Any recommendations would be greatfully appreciated. Cheers all Tim |

I have contis on mine ,same size as yours, great in the wet and grip like glue in the dry, last quite well too should be about 55 to 65 quid each. I had Nexens before which are soooperb on a dry road but nit so great in the wet.

Conti Premium Contact would get my vote for those criteria. They're a more comfort/quietness oriented tyre than the more sporty Conti's.

I have the same size wheels and will be treating mine to new Michelin Primacys soon as I've had a couple of part worns and have been really impressed on all aspects.
I'll be going for the XL extra load version.

Conti Premium Contact get my vote as well - I'm just trying to get my head around 45's and comfort in the same sentence

I must admit when reading this thread i was thinking the same, I have the same size tyres and boy is the ride hard and stiff. I like everything else about the car other than the ride at times.

Just put on a set of Finish Nokian Lines from Openo for £304 delivered. They come out B/C in Euro grading. I shall be buying Nokian winter tyres or Gislaveds later.
