Other XC90 Problem: 05' XC90 3rd Row Seat Stuck

I have looked and looked and can't find this issue on the forums, I am sure it is here somewhere because I am confident this is a common issue.

My 3rd row seat will not pull forward. Yes, I have the seat back pushed all the way back, in order for the seat to pull out. As you can see from the passenger side, I fully know how to do this. Fact is the drivers side is stuck. I am sure it is mechanical, but I can't figure out the secret sequence.

Have you lifted the boot floor where the battery is to make sure that nothing is James in the seat. You can also access the release mechanism that allows the seat base to slide back from here. Never looked to see if that holds it in as well.

I have taken out the very back storage piece, to get to the spare tire, etc. I have looked and looked. I can't find a release mechanism. If somebody has a better picture, I would be grateful.
