240 spares joblots

Having disposed of both my 240's last year, I have the following 240 spares leftover which I would like to offer in two joblots for collection from SE London/Kent border - I could also deliver them to a Kent address or within the south section of the M25, subject to mutual agreement, or could arrange for them to be available for pickup from an address in Newhaven.

All intended for 1990/1991 240's

LOT1 items are various NEW parts:

4 front brake flexi-pipes (unused but a few years old),
a distributor cap,
a set of front brake pads (with caliper mount bolts),
a new later type tailgate washer nozzle,
two water pump gaskets,
two water pump mounting studs,
a headlight wiper stop (2 parts),
a few instrument bulbs,
two copper sump washers,
a circular oil seal (not sure of purpose),
a door switch for interior lights,
three rubber elbows for the 240K CISAC vac pipes,
the whitworth bolt into the block for the alternator lower mount,
a set of novelty 4 electrode Bosch plugs

Lot 2 items are USED parts:

Four Volvo roofbars in good condition, with 4 locking clampbolts and 8 keys,
three spare rubber boots for roofbar ends
a spare adjuster bolt for roofbar (small plastic handwheel type),
a used later type tailgate washer nozzle,
a good used gear knob,
a regulator/brush pack for alternator plus spare brushes,
a used rubber elbow for the 240K CISAC vac pipes,
a used headlamp reflector (not sure which side, needs one white pip)
six later type wheel covers - four 91 on Volvo printed, two Volvo on sticker,
a white relay and a green relay (fuel pump)- condition unknown but useful spares.

may include an alternator minus pulley wheel and nut/washer if I can find it!

As for suitability - you will have to check, details of part numbers as follows:

Brake flexi pipes 30714430

Distributor cap is standard brown Bosch 243797-8 but on close examination has been used (but not much).

The brake pads are marked 240 all models front 08/74 to 08/91
then 2.3 'family edition' 09/91 to 08/93

The pads look the same as I had in my 1990 and 1991 240 front calipers, but not sure what was fitted in 92/93, If I remember correctly all post 86 UK cars had Girling front calipers, and these pads are Girling pattern manufactured by ATE – which is confusing. I will post a pic later.

Caliper bolts are part number 840021 I think, they have the thread lock streak but are a few years old, so not sure how long they remain usable.

Washer nozzle is 1369855

Water pump gasket 1378491-3

Water pump studs 948606, nuts 985876

Wiper stop 1312125 Stop lug 1372104

Bulbs 949571 (possibly 740, not sure)

Sump washers – not sure of No but fit B230K sump plug

Seal appears to be 6842214 but may be in the wrong bag!

Whitworth bolt 741371 – 001 or 955304.

clip of some kind 1312102 or 725018 – 001

White clip for ignition lead 1369855 or 865021 – 001 a spolarmumstycke apparently!

Not sure of part numbers for door switches and rubber elbows only used with CISAC carb.

Note the bag of caliper bolts has a Volvo label - but that's just the bolts.

Edit. Pic of wheelcovers on this thread, seems they are all printed type - wheels are long gone.

I assume you mean pics of the roofbars and possibly the headlamp reflector - the other items are in the pics already posted (scattered I admit) the wheel covers are in the thread on the link shown in post 4.

Just to be clear the items were offered for collection or delivery in Kent area.

I will post pics of the remaining items.

Items not shown in pics so far:

The roofbars have 4 locking bolts and 4 plain. The locks are all keyed alike, and all of the rubber boots are intact - however it transpires there are only 2 spare unused boots, not 3 as stated above.
