S40 front bumper

Hi all,
I recent crashed my 2010 S40.
I was wondering what bumper to replace my one with.
Would a pre face-lift bumper fit my car?
Would a v50 pre or post face-lift bper fit my car?
I'm looking to get a second hand bumper from a scrap yard or from someone parting out their car and there seems to be ample examples of pre face-lift models going for parts but I'm struggling to find one for a 2010 anywhere.
Can anyone help?

Long story short can I put a v50 bumper on my s40 or can I put a pre face lift bumper on my 2010?

I have a spare front bumper sitting around but might cost quite a bit to post as im down in the chichester area. Was just about to scrap it. its the front bumper with grille and fogs for a 2009 S40 which will fit fine but in black.


If you are looking for scrap bumpers, anything >= 2008 will fit yours fine as there are slight differences in the bumper fitting around the headlamps.

You can put a phase 2 V50 bumper on your car without problems.

You also could put a pre facelift bumper (I wouldn't do that) but then you have to get also the phase 1 grills, fog lights , headlights etcetera.

I went the other way from a phase 1 to a phase 2 front end (and the back).
