P1800 seat belt tongue
The seat belt tongue on the drivers side (see attached picture) on my '71 1800E has lost the plastic loop on the top that allows it to be hung up on the pillar.
Would anyone have one spare that is complete?

Your storage point might be different to the Amazon but doesn't the metal part park in the bracket? Having said that you can likely make the loop from HD vinyl or leather. Vinyl from an old handbag?

Not sure about the Amazon, in the later 1800 its a wider hook on the B pillar that holds the plastic bit of the tongue.
I may well end up doing as you suggest to hang it up!

The hole in the chromed part of your seat belt was what was used on the earlier cars to hang the seat belt to the B pillar. It might be easier to find a an 1800S clip to hang it on than to find the broken plastic part you are looking for.
