Body/Trim: Plastic Part no longer available | 3-D Printing Trim

I've been looking for one plastic surround to a door lock plunger, that is missing. It's not what I'd expect to be an expensive part, but it appears to be no longer available through Volvo.

The car is a Volvo XC90 Mk1 2013 Reg and the interior is dark grey.

Some-one suggested creating a 3D-Printed version of the same, but two problems, I don't have a 3-D printer and I don't have the specification or dimensions of the part concerned. I do know a friend that has a 3-D printer though

Does anyone have any advice regarding how I'd get the print specification? Colour Code etc. To be honest, it all sounds too difficult so I've reached out to several breakers, but don't want to buy a whole door card! Presently the search is not going well.

Certainly is exorbitant and I tried a number of 'Braking XC90' posts on eBay, but no joy. Answers ranged from:

• Buy the whole Door Card
• We don't keep door cards
• Different Colour (Black or Beige)
• Can't find the part
• £25 for one, lowerd offer to £20. I offered £15 plus please send image first ... I was getting overly desperate at this point

Luckily I persevered with the EBay Alogrythm and people's various descriptions and managed to get a couple second-hand, much cheaper. Hopefully here by the end of the week.

Fitted easily and exactly. Seems they are for various Volvo models and pretty generic (S60, V70 Mk2, S80, XC70 Mk1, XC90 Mk1) and I even have a spare, which I will probably put somewhere safe and never find it again
