Default What is this bolt?

Hi,
We have a 2008 xc90 d5 and a while ago when we were checking the tyres and brakes we found this bolt with bush(or similar) just sitting in the wheel arch behind the wheel(drivers side I think). We have been trying to work out what it is and where it has come from without much luck yet. On the bush/rubber is has
“VOLVO 3075 7313 1977”
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks in advance!

Bit of a long shot but it looks familiar, just check the strut brace brushes, the ones that bolt to the strut towers. One hasn’t dropped out? They are tapered bush with a bolt through like that. Just a thought.
