Brest (France) Meet 08/11/09
I'm off to this meeting of the french forum vfl-fr tomorrow. A mere 150 miler for Tank each way 8-)
Spent the morning preparing 'him'. Meeting at 0900hrs (ish) for fresh croissants & coffee at the port of Brest. Should be good scenery. Binoculars packed! Also a packet of McVities Digestives for all to sample Anyway a few pics of 'Tank', in state 'ready for off': I'm taking my camera, so will post a few pics of the meet later

Well, went to Brest this morning. 140 or so miles each way. Coffee, Croissant, Pain au Chocolat & McVities Digestives for all (guess which I took LOL).
Followed later by oysters, French cheese & bread around 1130, then off to a restaurant!!!. I had to pass on the resto' tho cos I'd already 'pigged out' too much LOL. A few pics pics: My drive was second longest to Yann who drove around 500 miles each way, & don't forget this was just a 'local section - sort of 'Noggin & Natter' type affair! Good fun though & good to put names to faces of the crowd that take the 'mick' out of my 'franglais' LOL
