Default t5 manual ecu possibilities!!!

right, i recently tried to solder in my own chip into the original ecu (very silly of me considering i have no soldering skill's what so ever)
unfortunately.... the old chip came out fine but the holes to plug in the new chip were full of old solder! now i am unable to solder on the new chip and the old chip is broken! (i am not laughing) as i am no longer able to drive the motor now!

long story short... does anyone know of an ecu that will fit my car, its a 1996 manual t5. are there different types that fit? everything seems to be for automatics on bloody ebay! please help me get the car back driving. all reply's will be appreciated.

I can fix that ECU for you if you wish. I can also install a socket for you so you can install your own chip without having to solder anything. I will supply it fitted with an original replacement chip with the original Volvo software.
