Default 850 T5 Remote control

I know this is a long shot but I have lost the little screw in piece that holds the battery into the remote control for my Volvo 850 T5 N registration estate. I just wondered if anyone knew where I could get that or if I have to buy the whole remote control.

Thank you very much.

Thumbs up thank you

Thank you very much!!! Bid now placed and hoping nobody else wants this! Much appreciated, never thought of E-Bay.

Now, if you can fix my oil leak and the odd wheel wobble when I brake life will be good!

Default Stu .....

I think my poor car probably needs a lot of money spent on it (which I haven't got). Its oil leak has been going for a while, it's where the engine joins on to the sump (?) and my garage did say the engine would have to come out to fix it, and to just make sure I keep the oil level topped up, which is what I do. Always has nice clean oil in the engine anyway!

The brakes have squealed (read is that a bus coming?) for a few years now, when they first started I had my garage, the wonderful people at Lea Valley Motors, put new discs, pads, the lot on about three or four times and still after about a month they would start again. They are worse when the weather gets hot.

Wheel wobble is when braking, I think it needs balancing and will get that sorted very soon, but do wonder if it might be anything else.

I see you are in Braintree, just up the road to me now I have moved down to sunny Southend, so if you see a big motor car (reg is BMC!) driving around with squeaky brakes, you know who it is!
