Default V50 Anti Skid Service Required - Brake control module or mod

My wife has a 2007 Volvo V50 T5 AWD with the "Anti Skid Service Required" message displaying. I have a scan tool that can do ABS and pulled codes. There are 2 codes related to a missing or erroneous brake pressure signal. It seems this is a failure of the Continental ABS module, this thread has some info:
http://www.volvoforums.org.uk/showthread.php?t=126606

I had the car at the dealership for a oil trap repair and asked them to take a look at the anti skid service required issue. The technician said it needed a steering wheel angle sensor. Both codes indicate a brake pressure signal failure, not a steering signal issue, so I do not think the tech even pulled codes... He also failed to replace 3 fasteners when he did the oil trap job, (left them on the windshield wiper tray) so I do not trust them and will not go there again.

Rather than deal with the dealership, I will do it myself. When I look up the parts online, there are 2 different pieces listed, the "control module" and the "modulator" Which one do I need to repair the common problem?

Thanks!
-Joe
